The purpose of “Beta Plus Fertility” LLC is to provide medical services, infertility treatment, in vitro fertilization, and human health protection. In carrying out its medical activities, “Beta Plus Fertility” LLC and its personnel are guided by the principles of recognizing human honor and dignity, fairness, protecting confidential information, as well as professional ethical norms, and the standard for protecting and non-disclosure of information, including special category personal data.

For information regarding possible additional costs, depending on the service specifics, medical indications, and/or the decision of the treating physician, please contact the registration desk of “Beta Plus Fertility” LLC.
After consulting with a doctor, the user/patient may require additional consultation and service.
Before receiving medical services, the patient/user has the right to withdraw from the contract and receive a refund of the paid amount. Immediately upon the provision of medical services, the user/patient loses the right to withdraw from the contract and receive a refund of the paid amount. In the event of early termination of medical services, “Beta Plus Fertility” LLC will not refund the cost of services already rendered.
The user/patient has the right to receive information at the registration desk regarding the resources for medical services at “Beta Plus Fertility” LLC, the types of services available, their fees, and forms of reimbursement.
A prerequisite for the provision of medical services is the patient’s presentation of a valid identification document and/or passport and the advance payment of the medical service fee at the registration desk of “Beta Plus Fertility” LLC.
Discrimination against a patient, doctor, or any other person is prohibited on the grounds of race, skin color, language, sex, religion, political or other beliefs, national, ethnic, or social origin, birth, property or social status, place of residence, disability, illness, or any other characteristic.
Medical personnel have the right to refuse to provide medical services to a patient if there is a possibility of ensuring the continuity of medical assistance for the patient, if there is no life-threatening condition, or if the patient does not require emergency medical assistance, or if the doctor’s life is in real danger, or if it is impossible to provide medical assistance to the patient due to objective circumstances.
In the event of a patient refusing medical services, “Beta Plus Fertility” LLC disclaims responsibility for negative consequences resulting from the non-provision of treatment.

In the event of receiving services from “Beta Plus Fertility” LLC or entering into any legal relationship with it, when a person consents to the processing of personal data, or in cases provided by law, for the purpose of fulfilling obligations stipulated by agreement/contract and depending on the specifics of the activity, “Beta Plus Fertility” LLC may process various types of personal data, including special category data.
